Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development: Design and execute strategic marketing initiatives to acquire new B2B accounts (dental clinics) and drive enrollment for the Academy.
Graphic Design: Author and produce high-quality promotional materials, digital assets, and brand collateral utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Performance Tracking: Utilize digital analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all physical and digital channels, positioning the company as an industry leader.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, ideally with a focus on business development or lead generation.
Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and mainstream web/social analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage both corporate clients and prospective students.
Fluency in English Language
