· Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive in an import and export company is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of import and export operations, international trade procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.

· Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in international and local markets.

· Experience in sourcing products, negotiating with overseas suppliers, and managing relationships with international customers.

· Proficiency in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, purchase orders, and sales contracts.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong customer relationship management and after-sales service skills.

· Ability to conduct market research, identify customer needs, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
