Marketing Head – Main Tasks

Plan, organize, lead, and control all marketing activities to achieve the company's sales and growth objectives.
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly marketing strategies and action plans.
Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team.
Generate qualified leads and contribute directly to revenue growth and sales target achievement.
Build, strengthen, and protect the company's brand identity and market presence.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Manage the company's social media platforms, website, and online marketing activities.
Develop and approve marketing content, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate marketing activities with the Sales, Front Desk, Design, Production, and Installation departments.
Develop strategies to acquire new customers and increase customer retention and repeat business.
Plan and manage product launches, promotional events, exhibitions, and training campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, media, and other stakeholders.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Monitor marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports, recommendations, and strategic plans to the CEO.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with the company's branding, quality, and business standards.
Identify and implement innovative marketing tools, technologies, and AI solutions to improve efficiency and business growth.
