The Functional Consultant will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and configuration of Core Banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
Configure Core Banking modules based on client requirements.
Coordinate testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
Support implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Assist project managers in tracking functional deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in banking technology projects.
Experience with Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle Flexcube, or similar Core Banking platforms.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
