Lucybridge PLC looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, quick to adapt to new procedures, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work closely with different teams to support the company’s accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Prepare, review, and maintain financial records and reports
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
Assist in preparing invoices, payments, and expense reports
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting procedures
Adapt quickly to new accounting systems, software, and internal processes
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and management
Support the finance team with other related tasks as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and company processes
Team-oriented, cooperative, and able to work well with others
Good organizational and time-management skills
Prior internship or work experience in accounting is an advantage, but not required
