Receptionist – Educational Institute

Responsible for managing the institute’s front desk and serving as the first point of contact for students, parents, instructors, and visitors. Provides professional customer service, supports student registration and inquiries, and assists with the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and instructors in a friendly and professional manner.

Respond to inquiries about courses, programs, schedules, fees, registration, and institute services.

Handle incoming phone calls, messages, emails, and other correspondence.

Support student registration, enrollment, and collection of required documents.

Maintain accurate student and administrative records.

Coordinate class schedules, appointments, meetings, and student inquiries.

Communicate important announcements and schedule changes to students and instructors.

Assist with fee/payment-related inquiries and direct students to the appropriate department.

Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to address student and parent concerns.

Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

Support general administrative tasks, document preparation, filing, printing, and data entry.

Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional information.

Assist with institute events, orientations, examinations, and other activities when required.
