As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Training & Development Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives and build a high-performance workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for employees and management.
Conduct onboarding and orientation training for newly recruited employees.
Identify training needs through skills assessments and performance evaluations.
Prepare professional training materials and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other modern learning tools.
Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and practical training sessions.
Develop continuous learning programs to improve employee performance and productivity.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with department managers to create department-specific training plans.
Build a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering professional corporate training programs.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create professional and engaging training presentations.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop employees at all organizational levels.
