Your core mission is to identify, contact, and secure qualified meetings with CEOs and key decision-makers at target companies. You are the front line – you open doors, and our CSO closes them. If you are confident in cold outreach, persuasive communication, and hunting for high-level opportunities, this role offers serious earning potential.

Salary & Commission

ETB 30,000 Base Salary (monthly)
ETB 140,000 Commission per employee sold (not per client – if you sell one client who hires 3 employees, you get commission for all 3)
Monthly target: 2 closed customers

What You’ll Do

Research and approach international companies
Generate and qualify leads
Conduct outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email
Present our talent solutions professionally
Coordinate with the CSO to close deals

What We’re Looking For

Strong spoken and written English
Experience in B2B, international, or tech-related sales
Confident communicator and negotiator
Self-driven and target-oriented
