LIAISON & SALES OFFICER

Main Responsibilities:

Perform office and liaison duties as required.

Prepare and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate and schedule interviews when required.

Prepare letters, reports, and other office documents.

Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients.

Follow up with clients, arrange site visits, and support the sales closing process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Accounting.

Minimum 6 months and above of experience in sales, administration, liaison position.

Professional, presentable, active, and energetic.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Willingness to work in both liaison duties and real estate sales.
