Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

* Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

* Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously

* Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

* Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments

* Answer and forward phone calls

* Process payments and handle cash transactions

* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

* Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

* Previous experience is not needed

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Proficiency in computer systems, including property management software

* Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus
