The Computer Maintenance and Networking Technical Support role is critical in providing IT and technical assistance to both internal employees and customers. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems within Waliif Transport SC.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal staff and external customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and manage technical support tickets.
- Provide training to employees on using software and hardware systems.
- Assist in network maintenance and security protocols.
- Liaise with external IT service providers as needed.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides.

Salary: As per company scale (Negotiable based on experience).
