#Duties_and_Responsibilities

- Find potential buyers through calls, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients
- Conduct property site visit and presentations to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
