Mexico Area (Must be able to travel to location as needed)

Organize and maintain physical and digital documents related to station operations.

Track and record payments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Assist in basic accounting duties such as preparing invoices and receipts.

Handle financial reporting and reconcile daily sales.

Support with inventory tracking and ensure proper documentation for fuel and other products.

Assist the management team with administrative duties and special projects as needed.

Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in a retail or service-based environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of accounting and payment tracking.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic office equipment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
