Key roles and responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly end closing, including journal entries and financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and prepare audit schedules for external audits.

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.

• Follow-up day-to-day bookkeeping using accounting software

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support audit preparation and compliance tasks

• Assist in improving basic financial processes and workflows

• Work closely with senior accountants and support the company's team

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Bookkeeping and data entry skills

• Understanding of accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR)

• Bank reconciliation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• English proficiency (written and verbal) is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting

• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
