Job Description

-Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

-Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

-Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.

-Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

-Monitor budget performance and provide insights on financial performance.

-Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

-Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

-Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.

-Provide necessary documentation and explanations during the audit process.

-Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions.

-Provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, or a related field.

-Previous experience Above 2 (two) years in Accounting and Finance or a related role is preferred.

Skills

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
