Role Overview

We are seeking a Local Purchaser to handle local procurement activities, vendor negotiations, and timely material sourcing for our projects and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

Source quality materials, tools, electrical/computer equipment, and office supplies from local markets.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with local suppliers.

Prepare purchase requisitions, compare supplier quotes, and generate purchase orders (POs).

Coordinate with warehouse storekeepers to verify receipt of goods against purchase orders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or related fields.

2+ years of local market procurement experience (preferably in technology, electrical, or construction sectors).

Strong negotiation, market research, and vendor evaluation skills.
