We are looking for a skilled, organized, and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project coordination, preparing technical documents, reviewing drawings, and ensuring effective communication between the office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage technical documents, reports, and project records.
Coordinate between office teams, consultants, contractors, and site personnel.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Assist in preparing BOQs, progress reports, and project documentation.
Monitor project schedules and support project planning activities.
Provide technical support and follow up on site-related issues.
Maintain organized engineering files and documentation.
Assist project managers and engineers in daily project coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as an Office Engineer or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong reporting and coordination abilities.
