MILO Health & Wellness Group is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dental Doctor (General Dentist) to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, promote oral health, and deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with dental and oral health conditions.
Perform routine dental procedures, including fillings, tooth extractions, scaling and polishing, root canal treatment, and preventive care.
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention.
Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic findings.
Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols at all times.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid professional license to practice dentistry in Ethiopia.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a dental clinic or hospital (preferred).
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
