Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Remote Social Media Manager to own and elevate our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will develop engaging content, manage community interactions, and drive strategies that increase our reach and brand awareness across all major platforms.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business goals.
Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, and videos) across platforms
Community Engagement: Foster an active online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and queries in a timely, on-brand manner.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and prepare monthly reports to optimize future campaigns.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on algorithm changes, trending audio/formats, and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and advertising platforms
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment
