Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC press brake (bending machine).
Read and interpret engineering drawings and bending instructions.
Select and install the correct punches and dies.
Set up machine parameters and perform trial bends.
Measure finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Inspect work before releasing it for the next production stage.
Handle materials carefully to avoid scratches and damage.
Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Report machine faults or quality issues immediately.
Work closely with the laser cutting and welding teams.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience operating CNC press brake machines (preferred).
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, and angle gauges.
Understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Good attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to lift sheet metal safely.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Willingness to work overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications

TVET or technical training in metal fabrication or machining.
Experience with CNC press brake controllers.
Experience working in a laser cutting or fabrication workshop.
