About our company

Our company provides a loyalty and customer intelligence platform for Ethiopian businesses. We turn everyday purchases into lasting customer relationships; helping retailers understand their shoppers and keep them coming back.

The Role

Mix of outbound B2B sales and account work; pitch new clients, close deals, then help turn their customer transactions into ongoing loyalty relationships on the ground.

You'll work alongside a senior sales rep, learning the pitch and process hands-on, with clear milestones to grow into more responsibility. Field-based, flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

Identify and reach out to select business owners and managers (cold outreach, referrals, in-person visits)

Pitch how our product turns one-time purchases into repeat customer relationships

Support onboarding: set up partner's program, train store staff

Maintain relationships with signed partners, troubleshoot early issues

Track pipeline and report on outreach, meetings, and deals closed

Learn directly from a senior sales rep, with milestone-based growth toward more ownership

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of sales experience (B2B a plus)

Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person pitching

Fluent in Amharic and English

Organized; manages multiple prospects at once

Based in Addis Ababa, willing to travel to partner stores, flexible hours

Coachable; eager to learn and grow into a senior role

Compensation

Base salary + commission on closed deals. Growth path with milestone-based promotion. Details at interview.
