About the Position

We are seeking a qualified, organized, and proactive female Office Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to project teams, coordinating engineering documentation, and ensuring the efficient execution of office engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering Coordination

Prepare, review, and maintain technical documents, drawings, and project records.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor project schedules and assist in tracking project progress.
Prepare material submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and technical reports.
Ensure engineering documents are properly filed and updated.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in material estimation.
Maintain project documentation and correspondence.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Ensure all engineering records comply with company standards.

3. Administrative Support

Assist in coordinating meetings and project communications.
Maintain organized digital and physical engineering files.
Support procurement by preparing technical specifications and documentation.
Perform other engineering and administrative duties as assigned.

4. Coordination with Site Operations

Communicate with site teams to monitor work progress.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding technical requirements.
Assist in resolving technical and documentation-related issues.
Conduct occasional site visits when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Previous experience as an Office Engineer is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
