MILO Health & Wellness Group is seeking qualified, compassionate, and dedicated General/Staff Nurses to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The successful candidates will provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across different clinical services while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients and monitor vital signs and overall clinical condition.
Provide routine nursing care according to physicians’ orders and established clinical protocols.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and minor interventions.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures as required.
Prepare patients for consultations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
Recognize changes in patients’ conditions and promptly report them to the responsible physician.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with patient stabilization.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, disease prevention, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
Ensure nursing equipment, treatment rooms, and supplies are properly prepared and maintained.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid professional nursing license to practice in Ethiopia.
Minimum of 1 year and above of relevant clinical nursing experience.
Experience in a hospital, clinic, outpatient department, emergency unit, medical/surgical ward, or multidisciplinary healthcare facility is preferred.
Good clinical assessment and nursing procedure skills.
Good knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Basic computer and electronic medical record skills are an advantage.
