The position holder will be reporting directly to the CEO. The executive assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, and the executive assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters of the CEO.

The position holder must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

As an Executive Assistant, the position holder plays a vital role in providing personalized administrative support to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and prompt responses.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Maintain and update corporate records, including confidential files, contracts, and legal documents.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas and minutes.
Conduct research and provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives.
Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate events and team-building activities.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the efficient operation of our company.
Will work closely with executives to manage schedules, organize meetings and events, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's in communications, Office admin-related qualification from a recognized university.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 to 5 Years of experience in experience supporting C-Level Executives.

Skills:

Good Microsoft Office and office equipment use skills.
Excellent English and Amharic verbal and written skills; additional languages would be an added advantage
Team player and easy-to-work-with personality.
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
