Brightstar Marketing Solutions

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to help small businesses build a strong online presence and drive measurable growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing websites, improving SEO and local search visibility, setting up Google Business Profiles, and managing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with website platforms such as Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace, understands SEO best practices, and has successfully managed paid advertising campaigns with measurable results. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with small business clients to turn digital strategies into real business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize websites for performance and conversions.
Manage on-page, technical, and local SEO.
Set up and optimize Google Business Profiles and analytics tools.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and manage budgets.
Prepare clear monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Experience with Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Portfolio demonstrating websites and/or successful advertising campaigns is highly preferred.
