About the Role

We are an educational brand creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) to teach English, Amharic, and Arabic. We are looking for an efficient video editor to turn raw talking-head and instructional footage into clean, high-performing videos.

Scope of Work

Video Assembly: Trim raw clips into punchy 30–60 second vertical videos (9:16).
Captions & Text: Burn in accurate, readable subtitles and highlight key vocabulary/phrases on screen.
Engagement: Add visual hooks, text pop-ups, basic cuts, zooms, and sound effects to maximize retention.
Delivery: Provide 3–5 final rendered videos per week via Google Drive / Telegram.

Requirements

Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
Ability to accurately format bi-lingual text overlay (English/Amharic/Arabic).
Reliable internet and strict adherence to weekly deadlines.
