Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Register customer information accurately.
Explain our services and provide basic information about pricing and procedures.
Coordinate customer orders with the workshop and sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding their vehicles and completed jobs.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle daily records, customer files, and basic administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a positive experience.
Skills & Qualifications
\t•\tExcellent communication and customer-service skills.
\t•\tFriendly, confident, and professional personality.
\t•\tGood speaking and writing skills.
\t•\tBasic computer and smartphone skills.
\t•\tGood organizational and time-management skills.
\t•\tAbility to multitask and work under pressure.
\t•\tAbility to communicate effectively with the team.
\t•\tPrevious receptionist, customer-service, or automotive experience is an advantage.
\t•\tKnowledge of Amharic and English; additional languages are a plus.
