B.A Degree in logistics and Supply management, procurement and supply Management or related
Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets and properties.
Conduct regular asset verification, stock counts, and physical inspections.
Maintain updated asset registers and ensure proper asset tagging.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of office supplies, equipment, and materials.
Oversee transportation, fleet, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient logistics services.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when necessary.
Prepare property disposal, transfer, and maintenance documentation in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of company property and equipment.
Ensure compliance with procurement, property management, and logistics procedures.
Prepare periodic reports on inventory, logistics activities, asset movements, and property status.
Supervise junior property and logistics staff and provide guidance where required.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to support operational needs.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained in warehouses and storage facilities.
