Kelem Educational Consultancy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team. As a rapidly expanding tutoring company, we need HR professionals to support our recruitment and HR operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

● Review and assess candidate applications to identify strong potential hires.

● Schedule and coordinate interviews.

● Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.

● Assist in managing HR-related administrative tasks and processes.

● Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.

● Work closely with the HR team to improve and streamline hiring procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

● Strong problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

● A strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Education & Experience

● Degree in a relevant field and previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
