Cookie Shop Sales Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and hardworking person to join our cookie shop in Addis Ababa.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with a positive attitude
Explain cookie flavors and recommend products
Take orders, handle payments, and package cookies neatly
Keep the counter and customer area clean and organized
Learn our menu and confidently answer customer questions

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good communication and customer-service skills
Passion for cookies, desserts, and food
Takes initiative and is willing to learn
Retail, café, bakery, or sales experience is a plus

Schedule: Full-time, 6 - 7 days a week
