Job Summary: The Guidance Counselor will provide comprehensive academic, social, and emotional support to students, aligning with the school's

commitment to holistic individual growth and moral development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, personal, or social challenges.

· Develop and deliver workshops on character development, peer relationships, and mental well-being.

· Advise high school students on university applications, career paths, and standardized testing requirements.

· Collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents to support students with diverse learning or behavioral needs.

· Respond to student crises and implement preventative guidance programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Educational Psychology.

· Minimum of 3 years of counseling experience, specifically within a school or youth-focused setting.

· Strong empathetic listening, communication, and crisis-intervention skills.

High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
