A. Strategic Marketing

Develop annual marketing and branding strategies.
Prepare annual marketing and event calendars.
Increase visitor attendance across all locations.
Position Zoma Museum as Ethiopia's leading eco-cultural destination.
Identify new markets including schools, universities, embassies, NGOs, tourists, corporations, and international organizations.
Develop promotional campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, restaurants, accommodation, children's activities, and eco-tourism.

B. Brand Management

Protect and strengthen the Zoma brand by ensuring consistency across:

Marketing materials
Signage
Publications
Social media
Website
Press releases
Merchandise
Visitor communications

Maintain brand guidelines throughout all locations.

C. Event Management

Plan, organize and supervise:

Art exhibitions
Cultural festivals
Artist residency events
Educational workshops
School programs
Corporate conferences
Product launches
Weddings
Private functions
Music performances
Theatre performances
Community events
Environmental campaigns
Seasonal celebrations

Responsible for complete event life cycle:

Planning
Budgeting
Promotion
Logistics
Risk assessment
Vendor coordination
Execution
Evaluation

D. Marketing Communications

Develop promotional materials including:

Brochures
Flyers
Catalogues
Newsletters
Press releases
Annual reports
Digital campaigns
Promotional videos

Coordinate media relations.

Arrange interviews and press conferences.

Maintain relationships with television, radio, newspapers and online media.

E. Digital Marketing

Manage:

Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
TikTok
YouTube
Website

Develop digital campaigns.

Monitor online engagement.

Respond to visitor inquiries.

Coordinate online advertising.

F. Visitor Development

Increase visitor numbers through:

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Tourism Management
- Event Management
- Arts Management
- Related field

Experience:

Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
At least 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience in museums, hospitality, tourism, culture, events, NGOs, hotels, or destination marketing is advantageous.
