Requirements
- Strong portfolio of written work: scripts, campaigns, or social copy (school work counts if it's good).
- Native-level Amharic and professional English — you write cleanly in both.
- Understands short-form video: hooks, pacing, and what makes someone stop scrolling.
- Organized enough to run a calendar, not just write when inspired.
- AI-literate is a plus, not a substitute for original thinking.
