The Sales Engineer Intern will support both the QR Anbessa restaurant technology platform and Anbessa IT Solutions’ digital services division. Interns will gain hands-on experience in business development, appointment setting, client communication, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and sales operations.

This is a structured 3-month internship designed to develop strong sales engineers capable of managing client relationships, understanding technical products, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing sales pipelines and prospect outreach
Conduct qualifying calls and schedule meetings with potential clients
Support and eventually lead product demos for restaurant technology and IT solutions
Present company services including web development, branding, digital marketing, and QR ordering systems
Handle customer questions, objections, and follow-up communication professionally
Draft proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Reactivate dormant leads and support customer retention efforts
Collaborate with team members on onboarding and client support
Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities
Participate in role plays, training sessions, and sales workshops throughout the program
