Bole Advertising is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing and Social Media Officer to manage the company's digital presence, create engaging content, and execute online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital trends and capable of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies.
Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Plan and execute social media and online advertising campaigns.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to support marketing objectives.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
Experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Familiarity with digital advertising tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
