We Are Hiring: Digital Growth & Community Lead

ChipChip is a fast-growing platform operating at the intersection of technology and daily consumer convenience in Ethiopia. To support our expanding digital footprint, we are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Digital Growth & Community Lead to join our team in Addis Ababa.

This position requires a strategic executor who understands how organic content, structured campaign management, and digital community operations translate directly into user acquisition and transaction growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the design, launch, and daily tracking of organic marketing initiatives and special projects to increase brand visibility.
- Order Growth Campaigns: Conceptualize and manage targeted organic campaigns focused specifically on driving customer acquisition and boosting platform transaction volumes.
- Content Calendar Management: Build and maintain an airtight, multi-platform daily posting schedule (Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) ensuring zero gaps in audience communication.
- Creative Briefing & Production Management: Write sharp, detailed creative briefs for the design and production teams; coordinate closely with them to ensure top-tier, on-time asset delivery.
- Brand Stewardship: Serve as the ultimate guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring all copy tone, typography, color usage, and visual styles perfectly reflect company standards.
- Audience Insights & Surveys: Support the rollout and assessment of customer survey activities to gauge campaign performance, capture market feedback, and optimize future organic strategies.
- Community Management: Oversee organic user interactions, establish reliable response cheat-sheets for direct messages (DMs) and comments, and nurture online community networks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital growth campaigns or leading community management for a tech startup, corporate brand, or creative agency.
Platform Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of Telegram Channel management, Meta Business Suite, and local digital ecosystem trends.
Communication: Outstanding bilingual copywriting and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English are mandatory.
Technical Aptitude: Experience working with creative workflows, project management frameworks, and analytical tools.
