We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and articulate Correspondence and Administrative Officer with excellent spoken and written English skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling formal letters, emails, and other business communications with different companies, organizations, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, professional communication etiquette, and the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and formal business correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, write, review, and respond to formal business letters and emails.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with companies, clients, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Draft official letters, business requests, follow-up messages, and other administrative documents.
- Communicate professionally in English through telephone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain proper records of correspondence and organize documents systematically.
- Follow up on pending communications and ensure timely responses.
- Proofread documents to ensure correct grammar, spelling, tone, and formatting.
- Support daily administrative tasks and other office communication activities as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in administration, office communication, correspondence, customer relations, or a similar position.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to draft formal letters and professional business emails.
- Good knowledge of business communication etiquette and formal writing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or email platforms, and other basic office applications.
