Main Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise all general service operations across branches and Head Office.
Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, vehicles, and utilities.
Manage cleaning, security, transportation, and office support services.
Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and service contracts.
Monitor general service budgets and control operational costs.
Supervise General Service staff and evaluate their performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
Coordinate office space, furniture, and asset management.
Prepare reports and recommend operational improvements.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of facility, fleet, and asset management.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Knowledge of workplace safety and maintenance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, bakery, or food & beverage industry is highly preferred.
Experience managing multiple branches is an added advantage.
