VICON Engineering & Trade is looking for a highly organized, responsible, and professional Office Manager / Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll preparation and management
Preparation and follow-up of payment certificates
Accounting and financial record management
Client communication and relationship management
Office administration and coordination
Preparation of professional corporate letters, reports, and official correspondence
Maintaining accurate financial and administrative documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong accounting and administrative skills
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Strong professional communication and client-handling skills
Experience preparing corporate letters and official correspondence
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
Proficiency in relevant accounting and office software

Preferred / Plus

Experience in a construction, engineering, or architectural office
Experience or knowledge in Human Resources and employee management
Experience with payroll, project-related financial documentation, and payment certificates
