Chief Finance Officer (Part-Time Advisory Role)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our team in a part-time advisory capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive senior-level finance experience, excellent command of English, and a deep understanding of Ethiopian financial regulations, taxation, and accounting practices.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of senior finance, accounting, or CFO experience.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian finance, tax laws, compliance, and reporting.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Highly analytical, creative, and strategic thinker.
Energetic, proactive, and results-driven.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ability to advise leadership on financial strategy, risk management, and business growth.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Experience working with startups or high-growth companies is an advantage.
Relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are preferred.
