Main Roles & Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare bank reconciliations and daily cash reports.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
Support inventory and fixed asset accounting.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, bakery, or food & beverage industry is preferred.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.
