Job Description

Dema Hope Real Estate is a fast growing real estate company dedicated to delivering high quality luxury homes and thoughtfully designed mixed use living spaces, setting new standards in timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

As part of our growth, we are seeking professional and passionate real estate sales Supervisor to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities:

· Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and training

· Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions

· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

· Monitor sales pipeline and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities

· Analyze sales data and provide insights to management team to assist inform business decisions

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

· Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and promote professional development

· Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position the company's offerings

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations
Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree

· Above 2 years of work experience as a Sales Representative or Senior Sales Representative in the real estate industry.

· Acting supervisor or previous supervisor position in a real estate environment is a plus.

· Proven leadership ability

· Excellent problem-solving, conflict handling and decision-making abilities
