We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development & Growth Manager to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new business opportunities and
qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify tenders, RFQs, partnerships, and
business opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on
proposals.
Develop strategic relationships with NGOs, UN agencies, corporates, government institutions, and development partners.
Support client meetings, proposals,
presentations, and negotiations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales
reports.
Work closely with the creative and operations teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.
Contribute to overall business growth and
market expansion.

Experience working with corporate, NGO, UN,
government, or development-sector clients is an advantage.
Passionate about advertising, branding, events, marketing, or related industries.
