Job Title: Full-Time Guest House Receptionist

Shift 1: 1:00 AM – 3:00 PM (International Time)
Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (International Time)
About the Role
We are looking for two reliable, energetic, and warm Full-Time Receptionists to join our guest house family. As the face of our property, you will be the first person our international travelers see. Your main goal is to make our guests feel safe, welcome, and happy from the moment they check in until they say goodbye.
Because we host travelers from all over the world, we operate on international time shifts to ensure our front desk is always ready to assist them.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Guest Service:
- Welcome Guests: Manage the check-in and check-out process smoothly and with a warm smile.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, reply to booking emails promptly, and assist walk-in guests.
- Reservations: Use our booking system to manage room availability, updates, and cancellations.
- Payment Handling: Process cash and credit card payments accurately and issue receipts.
  The Guest Experience:
- Solve Problems: Address guest complaints or requests (like extra towels or internet issues) quickly and politely.
- Maintain the Vibe: Keep the reception area neat, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
  Who You Are (Job Requirements)
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be fully available to commit to either the 1 AM – 3 PM shift or the 3 PM – 8 PM shift.
- Language Skills: Strong spoken and written English is required to communicate with international guests. (Knowing other languages is a huge plus!)
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
- Personality: You are patient, highly organized, and can stay calm under pressure.
