The Farm Manager will oversee daily farm operations, production activities, resource management, employee supervision and implementation of efficient farming practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Bachelor’s Degree or above in: o Animal Science o Business Management and Related fields 
Minimum of 5 years and above relevant work experience. 
Strong knowledge of farm operation management, planning, reporting and team leadership. 
Ability to manage production targets, farm resources and operational activities. 
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Additional Advantage 
Previous experience managing poultry farms, hatcheries, broiler production is highly preferred.
