Job Title: Bicycle Delivery Rider

Main Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver packages and items quickly and safely to customers using a bicycle.

Navigate Addis Ababa streets and neighborhoods efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.

Handle items with care to prevent damage during transit.

Communicate with customers politely upon delivery.

Maintain the bicycle in good working condition.

Required Skills:

Excellent Cycling Ability: Must be confident riding a bicycle in Addis Ababa traffic.

Location Knowledge: Must know Addis Ababa locations, shortcuts, and main roads very well.

Physical Fitness: Must be energetic and able to ride for long periods.

Punctuality: Must be reliable and on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Young and energetic candidates are preferred due to the physical nature of the job.

Previous experience in delivery is a plus, but not mandatory.

Owns a smartphone (for location/maps) is a plus.
