Key Responsibilities

· Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.

· Assist customers with ticket booking and payment.

· Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

· Record customer and booking information accurately.

· Meet customer service, sales, quality, SLA, and productivity targets.

· Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues when necessary.

· Maintain high customer satisfaction.

· Follow company procedures and customer-service standards.

Education

· Minimum: Grade 12 completed.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements

· Amharic & English – Fluent.

· Afaan Oromo & Tigrinya – Listening and speaking ability.

Required Skills

· Good communication and customer-service skills.

· Active listening and problem-solving skills.

· Sales and persuasion ability.

· Basic computer and digital-system skills.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to learn call center systems quickly.

· Ability to work with KPIs and performance targets.
