Admin Supervisor – Transport & Logistics
Are you an organized multi-tasker with a knack for keeping fleet operations, administrative workflows, and driver records running seamlessly? We are looking for an Admin Supervisor to lead and streamline our transport administration function!
What You'll Do:
Operations Support: Supervise day-to-day transport admin activities, truck movement records, trip sheets, and waybills.
Compliance & Renewals: Track and manage licenses, permits, vehicle insurance, registrations, and driver compliance docs.
Team & Personnel Admin: Support driver onboarding, track schedules, coordinate with HR/Finance, and mentor admin clerks.
Reporting & Audits: Maintain filing systems, track administrative KPIs, ensure billing documentation turnaround, and keep audit-ready files.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of admin experience (preferably within transport/logistics), with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Key Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word), familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), and solid document control skills.
Core Traits: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle operational pressure.
