Main Roles and responsibilities

-Preparing and Reviewing Bills of Quantities(BOQs),

-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.

-Maintain and organize project documents, drawings and technical records.

-Prepare technical letters, requests for information(RFIs), site instructions and meeting minutes.

-Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

-Assist with preparing tender and bid documents when required.

-Perform other Engineering and adminstrative tasks assigned by the project Manager or Senior Office Engineer.
