The Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the daily activities of the language center.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries about language courses and services.
Register new students and maintain accurate student records.
Schedule classes, appointments, and placement tests.
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate with teachers and management regarding class schedules and student attendance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist with office filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support marketing activities, including distributing promotional materials and responding to social media inquiries when required.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the center manager.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, English, or a related field.
Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or administrative assistant is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Working Hours:

Full-time or part-time, depending on the language center's schedule.
